Above flight ETD14:30 was delay with last minute notice when i am in boarding room. When I asked the crew staff at boarding counter for reason, all they said is no aircraft and ask me to go transit counter.
Very impolite, no manner, not professional. There are 4 staff at counter but all were chatting, surfing & laughing among themselve. The flight new ETA is 17:20, almost 5 hours delay.
Such delay should be notified earlier and not last minute. Passenger time is precious.
A phone call or SMS should be send to passenger for such delay rather than last minute notice.
Poor service, not punctual, low credibility, poor time flight schedule management....
not a recommended airline.... very disappointed...
