I boarded Flight MH 0173 from Delhi to Kuala Lumpur,, 23.10.2013. A small plane, the Boeing 737-800 was used for this 5 hrs 30 minutes journey. Every passenger kept complaining to the crew about the toilet as only one was available despite the flight being fully occupied. An Australian couple made a very humble request to the crew that passengers be allowed to use the business class toilet as people were lining up forming a line between 12 to 18 each time and some elderly passengers had a very difficult time but still nobody was allowed to use the business class toilet despite it being vacant most of the time becuase the Captain said No to the humble humane request. What is the logic of this silly practice and why use a small plane for a long journey? Is the captain himself allowed to use the business class toilet because if he is, then MAS should immediately change this policy and forbid the crew to use business class toilets so they will understand how passengers feel! I feel disgusted with Malaysian Airlines and as other regular passengers, am seriously reviewing my options to support other airlines as I feel that we passengers deserve some decency and respect from Malaysian Airlines.
