1. 21st July MH1073 delayed 9h28m.

Consequently could not make connecting flight to MEL on MH149. Again could not make flight from MEL to Sydney on Qantas for meeting on the 22nd July. 2. Had to pay for a new 1 way ticket on PAL to Sydney at a cost of $6000hkd.

3. On return on MH128, Menzies, the ground support agency requested $80aud/kg for excess weight. Unbelievable. 4.

Menzies also weighed carry on and attached a cabin label. Good! But whilst then taking MH072 KL to HK anyone boarding in KL did not have cabin luggage weighed. Why 2 standards??

5. After 3 attempts to get a letter for insurance purposes, they still couldn't get the details correct.
