Details
I was charged for an excess luggage at AKL airport but weight in total wasn't exceed limit (it was my fault, I didn't check the rules carefully). Anyway, I was treated awfully, the lady at check-in was so rude. Then, the flight was delayed almost an hour and the luggage was delayed and it was the charged one. Then I have sent the complaint email but nobody take any response.
