I flew Syd/kul/comb early dec and returned 14jan16. Cmb/Kul/SydStaff very rude and refused to help me to put my cabin bag up. This happened more than once. I email MHBut email was ignored and got NO reply-It happened again on 1May Cmb/kill/SydI wanted assistance to put my cabin bag up and was refused - a passenger heard the steward refusing and he helped meI will never more fly MH RegardsIndhira jayasundera
