Malaysia Airlines failed to issue my ticket due to system error and promised to make full refund to my visa account within 7 to 14 working days. 6 weeks passed, not even a single cent of the refund received.
I emailed and called several times to Malaysia Airlines, they had the same answer -- refund had been made. But, why didn't I receive it? I requested Malaysia Airlines to provide any possible evidence but Malaysia Airlines ignored it.
This incident has caused me countless of sleepless nights. I wish, by posting this, would help to make more people think twice before buying Malaysia Airlines ticket.
