Lost bags - it happens - okay. Emerald Gold One World Partner member, no recognition at all.
No greeting, water ( normal for such membership ) etc. etc. On 6 flights so far......nothing..... Lost Bag - arrived late - okay - complaint not answered after 10 days, 6th reminder sent.
Ground staff in Philippines were okay - but when I went to the office door was locked - so I thought, bad timing, so I called them ( from outside the office ) then two people appeared from behind the locked door.....wierd or what ?? Escalated to all departments - no news and fearful of the next flight back to London
