Worst airlines ever. There is no customer service support", "No recommendations", "Be wary of this comapny Malaysia Airlines, They havre No interest in their passengers in any Way. They do not answer Questions Or Offer any help to their Customers. Check them out. They promised to deliver my lost luggage when Found , Which it was the next day and would delivdr it On Monday 15t January, To my Home addrss. However It never arrived and today is Friday the 19n of January and So far I have not seen or heard anything about My Luggag. They do not communicate with anyone, They have failed to answer over ten Emails and it is impossible to contact them by Phone. Why? becaue when you phoe their ny=umber you receive a stupid message stating their Voice mail is full. It has not changed in a week. So They evidently do not care nor do they Show orGgive you a duty of care, which is paramount to Running any Business especially a world wide Business. They are an utter disgrace! .".

I had a flight on 12th Nov from New Delhi to Sydney. There was some issue in my 6 months old boy's surname.
Malaysian airline ignored my email and when I called them from airport on the day they saied they can not do anything. I missed the flight and was hasseled at 11pm on airport with the baby crying and my wife alone handling him. Malaysian airline even couldn't issue a new ticket to me for the same flight, also they kept me on hold for nearly an hour, even I repeated many times that the checkin counter will be closing in an hour. I eneded up booking the new tickets on huge prices.
Came back to Sydney and requested the airline to atleast refund the full amount which I didn't even travel but now they just keep me on hold and after that the call gets disconnected. It is very cheap things they doing with their regular customer.
I would avoid using this airline in future and not recommond to anyone. This is cheap flight but the customer care service is really really poor hence advise not to travel with family in this airline.

flight no :MH0148 Mel -Kul , date 24mar,2024 , seat 4A.Business class.
I have flown with MAS for over 35years, I have never come across MAS cabin crews who were unpleasant looking, detached and void of eye contact . The chief stewardess in red costume looked very stressed with unkept midlenth hair, long face and zero eye contact with passengers.
The other younger stewardess with coiffered hair, heavy makeup but with stone looking face fit for modelling run way!. Both of them were cold, detached and avoid looking at the passengers . If the cabin crew has issues performing their duties with pleasant demeanour and warm hospitality , it"s time to reconsider their career or take a break. Do not treat airline passengers like they are troublesome .
Don't forget that the passengers are the ones paying their salaries and we deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. Passengers are looking forward to their next destination be it home or a holiday destination, the last thing we need is inhospitable cabin crews with an attitude.
Cabin crews can make or break your travel experience and Malaysians are known to be warm and hospitable so hope that MAS can look into your cabin crews well being . Thank you.

Usually I do not write negative reviews, but this is a question of my approx 3000 AUDs which they steal duting Covid times.
I had a booking with Malaysian airline to travel from Melbourne to Mumbai on 13th November 2020 (Booking details provided at the end) which was panedamic time and
I have been sent continuous reschedule and then cancellation emails which is fine.
But once the whole world open after Covid panademic was over, I called them to rescehdule and use the my earlier booking but they did not had any flights on the route I wanted to travel as definitely they were struggling airlines.
The customer support on the phone suggested me either they can refund me full amount or they will give me new booking anytime in future, and I choose to keep the money with MA which I was planning to use this year's trip.
Now the twist is, when I did called them for re-booking, they are saying its panademic ticket which is expired now and we can re-book or we can not even refund any penny. Really?
You have my 3000AUDs which I never used and you are not even returning it. I should demand 3000AUD + 8% yearly interest on it.
I called them on the phone line nearly 50 times asking I want to talk to their supervisor or senior or manager, everytime they mentioned he/she will call me back in 24hours but I never received a call.
Its been few weeks I am following it up with them and there is no one to talk now, and I left with only one option to take this complaint online and in cosumer court of Australia, online forums as much as possible, 500K Indian community based in Australia and around the world.
I will make sure they will have 300K AUD lost by stealing my 3000AUDs.
They have simply stealed my hard earned money, now I am in big need ot money, they are not even ready to talk. Never ever I will fly with

MY LUGGAGE SLIP IS NUMBERED 876062. All in the name of ADRIAN GORDON COOPER. My Luggage was not found by myself. I reported it to the Property Irregular Report Desk.
The form given to me States a Number SYD MH14170. In Attempting to follow up this PIR Notice this number written by your agent is classed as invalid, on your computer page. However I received a message stating my luggage was found and would be delivered to my Home the address being 55 WILLIAM STREET , TORONTO NSW 2283 AUSTRALIA ON MONDAY 15th JANUARY 2024. It has not been Delivered, and it is Now THURSDAY THE 18th January.
THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH and I want my Luggage. PLEASE HAVE MY LUGGAGE DELIVERED TO THIS ADDRESS. NOW!!! I find there is no excuse for this failure to show and give a duty of care to me And have my luggage delivered.

No communication
Dear Sir/Madame
I am writing to express my disappointment in the lack of communication I have received since I have lodges a damaged luggage claim.
On the 16/08/2023 I arrived in Hanoi from Sydney (flight nos - MH 0140 and MH 0752) to find my luggage had been taken off the conveyor belt as the top pocket had been ripped off my bag beyond repair.
I immediately alerted ground staff who guided me to the lost and damaged luggage counter who proceeded to fill out a claim form. They told me to log onto the Malaysian Airlines site and complete the claim form once I arrived at my hotel.
Unfortunately, I was unable to find the original claim, so I decided it was easier to start a new claim.
I successfully completed the form and added several photos of the damaged bag as requested.
I received a confirmation email but have still not heard a word, no communication whatsoever in eight weeks. I have gone back into my account and sent several messages asking for assistance from someone to contact me but have had no response.
I am totally disgusted in Malaysian Airlines customer service as there is NO service.
Shame on you Malaysian Airlines, I expected better.
It would appreciated if I received a response, however Im not holding much hope as I have lost all faith in Malaysian Airlines.

Serious problem with completing a survey which was sent to me
I filled in the survey which you sent me regarding your desire to improve the customer experience you give. I was unable to complete and return my questionnignore questionnaires from youaire because the survey would not allow me to give an honest opinion on 1 question.
This question asked which social media sites I was most comfortable using. I DO NOT ON Principle have any record on, or ever use, ANY SOCIAL MEDIA. Therefore since there was no option to say this I was unable to finish and send to you my survey.
For your information I also know other people of my age (78) who do not use social media and will never do so because they have neither a mobile phone or a computer. Do you wish to include them in your survey or do you just not care about them?
