Malaysia Airlines - Baggage delayed 3 hours do missed my connection

Arrived in KUL bags delayed 3 hours so missed my connection. I had allowed 4 hours. As it was on another airline Malaysia didn't give a damn. Had to rebook another flight and hotel for the night. Worst customer service ever. Ticket counter staff had to be called to the counter as they were busy chatting. They were rude and dismissive.

Malaysia Airlines - Terrible customer service

They lost my luggage - ignored 20+ calls and emails, and still haven’t responded. I eventually found the luggage by personally contacting the airport - but never received the promised interim compensation. Atrocious customer service and I won’t be flying with them againx
