i travel from guangzhou CAN) to kathmandu (ktm) on 2nd august 2016 for which i took transit from kulalampur (kul) to kathmandu (ktm) i have confirm my seat as 10 f but when i got boarding ticket it was written 16 f in guangzhou the groundstaff told me they doesnot know in kulalampur the ground staff told they doesnot know and atlast i need to seat in 16 f although i booked this was terrible experience i felt i am worried it can happen again when i am returning on 5th september i am hoping i shouldnot feel same problem
